Manufacturer warrants this product to be 100% effective in preventing ants from reaching dog food bowls when used in accordnace with manufacturer’s recommendations.
- water moat must be filled to at least 3/4 capacity (6 cups)
- water moat must be free of any leaves, sticks or other debris that ants can use to climb onto tray
- Ant-Blocker™ tray must not be placed against
any trees, tall grass, chairs, deckrails, bushes, dog houses, fence, or other objects that ants can use to form a “bridge” to the bowl on top of the tray.
- claims must be accompanied by photos showing ants infesting dog food bowl, and placement of Ant-Blocker™
Manufacturer will refund only the purchase price of the Ant-Blocker™ (minus S&H) and will not be responsible for any other damages or claims consequential or inconsequential
